We wanted a towbar for our Bailey 79.4 Motorhome and an A Frame for our Suzuki Celerio. After seing a Facebook post from Billingham Towbars we made contact to see what they could do. Long story short, we agreed a price and date, and from the off Colin kept us up to date every step of the way. They went above and beyond to give a great service, and the quality of the work, well you won't get better. We are over the moon with it. The supplied A Frame is easy to fit and remove, takes minutes, it tows the Suzuki brilliantly, so much so if it wasn't for seeing it in the rear camera you wouldn't know it was there. Needed a replacement detachable swan neck. Colin knows his stuff, asked me to send a photo of the sticker on the Towbar along with the vehicle registration and 24 hrs later, I had the replacement part.. Colin’s customer service and communication was better than first class, throughly recommend him, you will not be disappointed Thanks Colin

Fantastic service provided by Colin and Sean, from start to finish. Fitted a towbar to my transit custom camper van and sourced and built up the bike rack. Honest blokes, providing a great service at a fair price. I'll be back for routine servicing of the van in the future for sure. 👍
